Playing the first round of 2014 with my lifelong friends Chris and Mike (Stu was supposed to play, but he hurt his back and cannot tolerate pain or play through the simplest of injuries). Chris found a Limited Edition Titleist Pro V1 with the pink side stamp and a pink number 1 after we teed off on number 8. I asked him to give me the ball, but he said no. I am always trying to get balls from somewhere for free. (I probably acquire 8 dozen balls a year. My company made the poor decision to start buying TMs last year; so my Titleist balls are few and far between) After guilting him into giving it to me on the 8th green, I used it to tee off on the par 3 9th. The rest is history, made a hole-in-one on 1/1 with a Titleist Ltd. 1. Looks like it is going to be a good 2014!
