Had my second hole-in-one this morning, playing with my best friends. Playing a Titleist Pro V1x, #1, I hit a smooth PW (712 AP-2) from 108 into the cup at the 16th hole at WindRose Golf Club, Spring, TX. Fall weather has finally arrived in SE Texas and it was a beautiful 65-70 degrees at about 10:30 am when we reached the 16th. I was having a decent day (four over at that point) and had actually knocked my tee shot on the par 3 2nd hole off the flag stick earlier in the round. I tee off first in our group and we all watched as the ball flew directly on line, took one short hop, and plopped into the cup. Fantastic! It had taken me over 55 years to get my first H-I-O 23 months ago and now I had my second. Finished with 75 for the round. Happy day.
