On Saturday past I played the V1x in a comp for the first time. I had received the Pro V and V1x as test balls from Titleist, and found the v1x to be very good. I was a little anxious to play it in a comp as I had previously only practised with it. Well, what a great decision, I was playing off 12, I know I am better, was down to 10 last year, but things change. Started with a bogey, but the first at Galgorm castle is a toughie, and the ball went pretty much where i told it to, I felt so confident when striking it, it was like a revelation. then I went par, birdie, par, par, par, bogie, bogey, birdie, 1 over at the turn.. but held it together, then par, bogie, double, par, par, par, par, birdie, par! 75, best round I have ever played! very happy, and so pleased i changed to v1x, thanks you titleist!!
