      I didn't want to be one of those people that post a poor review and then don't follow up.  After receiving a set of AP2s with the incorrect shafts, Titleist was incredibly fast getting the correct irons shipped. The error was noted on a Friday and by the following Thursday I had the new clubs in hand.  The AP2s with Aerotech shafts look and feel amazing. 

       Thanks to Titleist for such a fast turn around and thanks also to Mitch at Titleist for sending a few customer appreciation items.

    Glad you got your new sticks with the shafts you wanted. I do agree that the staff at Titleist are good at what they do. Of course - like everyone - they are only human and can make mistakes. The key is how you deal with it, and it sounds like they did well and got you up and running quickly so that you didn't miss much golfing. The Titleist staff have always demonstrated a commitment to their customers from everything I have seen and heard. Your story makes me feel even more confident that I chosen the right company to fill my bag.

    I, too, am somewhat in the same boat.  Very glad to hear that Titleist made it right for you.  In my case, I had custom ordered a AP2 gap wedge a little over 2 weeks ago (to match my brand spanking new AP2s  with PXi shafts), and when it arrived last Wednesday it had a Project X shaft instead of a PXi shaft.  Sublte differenec, but clearly not what I ordered.  I trust that Titleist will make good on it and get it to me in time for my "buddies" tournament May 23-25.

    In fact, just to show that I no hard feelings, as as an added act of faith, I went ahead and ordered a hybrid this weekend (913H, 24* with RIP Phenom shaft).  Now if only both clubs could show up at the Vaudreuil GT location before May 21, it would be really appreciated.

    Kevin,

        The turnaround for mine was less than a week so you should be good. I made another Titleist order on the weekend as well! I have Vokey SM5s in 52, 56 and 60 degrees but was using an SM4 46 degree as my pitching wedge. Figured the time was right to switch out the SM4 for the SM5. Everything standard so I should have it this week.

       I have been using Titleist for years and that was the first error I had ever had. I am sure they are swamped this time of year with custom orders so the odd error is to be expected.  I am sure you will be more than happy with the new clubs when they arrive.

    Your Gap Wedge is set to arrive at Golf Town Vaudreuil tomorrow from our facilities in Carlsbad, California where it was built.
    I don't believe we have received the order for GT for your 913H yet but will place the order as soon as we have it.

    Justgot the call from Golf Town, the gap wedge has arrived.  Thanks to you and all the Titleist folks involved  for the quick turn-around!
