Here is a response I saw on another site to a similar request...

The shafts needed are .355″ taper. You will buy a shaft for each head - each shaft will be head specific. That is, there will be a specific PW shaft, a specific #9 shafts, and so on. The shafts will require only butt trimming, no tip trimming. The 1.25″ Bore Depth means that is how far the shafts go into the heads. You will simply install the shafts until they bottom out in the hosel. The modified bore through means that some weight has been removed from the lower part of the hosel, but not so much as to allow the shaft to go all the way through to the sole of the club.
