    Got home the other day and there was a courier sticker on the door. My wife asked "what did you order now?" I hadn't ordered anything so the next day I swing by the courier depot and get the package and inside is a Titleist club cleaning brush! Thanks Titleist! Love it and it works great!

    Hi Stephen! Great to hear that you received the club cleaning brush! I'm kinda like you ... like a kid at Christmas time when I see that there is something from Titleist coming in the post/courier service! In the time that I have been a TT member, I have been so pleasantly surprised at how Titleist has been in their customer service and service to their "brand loyalist's" !

    I agree, the Admin Team at Team Titleist Canada are very attentive toward us, I for one am very grateful as well!

    Congrats Stephen! I have had a few nice packages show up at the door. What a great feeling after working all day. I wasn't even aware they had a cleaning brush. How cool is that. Enjoy it.

    It is amazing how well Titleist looks after their dedicated customers.

    Absolutely the best customer service ever. Giving us this forum as an opportunity to share ideas among fellow Titleist enthusiasts is awesome, and the gifts we receive now and again is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with any other company. A true class act. As a result, I am sure that each and every one of us becomes an ambassador for their product.

    I am just like all of you. Sticker on the door and its like I'm a kid again. I was lucky to win the Tim Clark signed hat and ball from Canadian open last year and never even knew it. What a thrill. Cheers Team! James G
