    Mitch...

I voted for the Outdoor fitting.

Although I realize the Trackman system captures more than what the eye can see, I find it much easier to "accept" the results of the change in shaft or loft settings when I can actually see the ball flight and the distance it travels. To me it is closer to the actual experience of what I get on the golf course.

I voted too... my preference is for the outdoor fitting. Our Regional Fitting Centre here in the greater Vancouver area uses both an indoor and outdoor facility, with the use of the Trackman in either circumstance.

I too prefer seeing the ball flight, trajectory, etc. but really appreciate it being backed up or supported with the Trackman data.

Outdoor Fitting for sure. I agree with Darius and would like to see ball flight. It is important and preferable to indoor. Another good question Mitch.

I have been to Eagles nest twice for fittings. 915 D3 and 716 AP2. I prefer outdoor for irons for turf interaction and to see the ball go to target. However I did my 915 Driver fitting indoor to outdoor which was great. Most important thing is that your fitter has Trackman and Knowledge. I have been hitting on indoor Trackman simulator since I received my new 716 AP2s and my fitting outdoor matches indoor so may not be much of a difference.as long as hitting indoor to outdoor and can see the ball and feel the shots in you soul, with a good fitter like Chris per example, it will turn out great. Hope this helps some Team members out there :) Cheers Team James G

Outdoor seems to be the consensus, however, I must admit that I was fit indoors.  No regrets!  Last winter, I put a 915D2 in the bag, and 2015 was the best driving year ever.  I attribute the success not only to the club head, but also finding the right shaft for me... which actually turned out to be one of the stock options!

Given the choice, I would have done it outdoors, but it isn't easy to find an outdoor facility in Montreal in January!

Outdoor. 100% Must see the actual ball flight. I love going to fitting days at my home driving range because I know how and where the ball flies with my regular set.

Has the draw been made for this?  Just asking as normally the winners are posted and being close to Christmas I was thinking that it would have made a dew on here very happy around this time.  Great Poll buy the way!

Outdoor fitting for me - As much as I trust the technology and the screens etc., I really want to see the ball fly when getting fitted for clubs....

I know the contest has come and gone and congrats to the winners. For what its worth though, you cant beat the way a fitting is done at the National Fitting Centre. Outdoors with a Trackman and a professional fitter a la Chris or Chad.
