We do offer that shaft in a regular flex.   The torque is 3.5.

How about the Diamana S+72 Reg Flex,what is the torque and would having it tipped by 1/2" make it a little more stiff ?

That shaft is available.  The torque is 4.3.  Tipping that shaft an extra 1/2" will firm up the feel.
