I just recently purchased a new set of AP1 714 irons 4-gw but didn't get fitted for them due to not having a titleist golf fitter near me and also due to the price I got them for. Anyhow I used play a lot before having a severe wrist and arm injury in the military and just started playing again last year with a set of TM burner 2.0 and I hated them. My swing just didn't feel natural but now although I've only hit a few balls with my 714s, my swing feels great, even at alignment I feel so much more comfortable and my ball striking was on par if not better then my pre injury swing which I was then playing with a set of Cleveland TA 3's. With that said do you guys think I screwed up by not getting fitted even though my club lie and ball striking even though it was only a few balls was beautiful to me and the fact I only gave 599 for the set of irons. By the way every set I have owned has been standard with a stiff flex shaft. And this will be my 5th yr playing.. Thanks
