I live in Wyoming and as much as I would like to go to Oceanside for a fitting, that just isn't in the cards.  Where would you recommend i go for a quality fitting?  I'm a 2 handicap and would like to get a good fitting to help improve my game.  Thanks for the help.

Hi Michael,  We would recommend giving Ken a call at Cheyenne Country Club - (307) 637-2230 OR Mike at Airport Golf Club, (307) 637-6418   I know you received quite a bit of snow last night, but, if you check with Ken or Mike, you may be able to be fit within the next several weeks.  Talk to both of them about the shafts and what clubs you would like to be fit for - if they do not have the shafts you would like to try, they can contact us at Team Titleist - 888 TITLEIST

Wow, that is the high desert up there.  In curiosity, I checked for AFC, and the nearest one was Salina, KS.  You can also check for carts and bags that have Trackman and outdoor fittings.  100 miles around Cheyenne listed several from north of Denver to Cheyenne.  The concierges can probably narrow that down some more for you.  I'm guessing Jim McLean in Fort Worth as a Regional Fitter is on the ragged edge of how far is a reasonable travel.

I recently bought a 913F fairway wood here in Michigan from a national chain golf retailer, and even though I tried the club in a Titleist fitting booth I did not receive much help from the club guys, other then, "It's what feels right to you". I did hit the Titleist an average of 16 yards further then the competitors club. Even though I'm happy with the results and the club, I still wonder, if fitted properly, would I hit it further and straighter.

Thanks for the help. I'm headed to Kansas in 2 weeks so I'm going to look into Salina CC for a fitting. Thanks again.
