  1. Hi

I've been recently proffessionaly fitted with 714 AP1 Titleist clubs. I'm 6.2 tall so I've been given 1" longer stiff shafts Dynamic S300, 2deg up lie angle and midsize grips (Golf pride tour velvet)

When i recieved the clubs and i had a go i've noticed that the clubs are really light. Is there a reason for this or it's just an result of a grip whcih has been changed (bigger grip more weight taken off the club head i believe?)

Is there any way the club head can be heavier or only solution is to come back to standard grip size? I got a very big hands so that would be a not a great option for me...

I would appriciate any help and thank you for your fast reply...

    Kind regards

    Jacob

Hi Jacob,  At 1" long, the lightest it should be with a std weight DYG is D5 +/- 1  and with an XP95, (and that grip), we would build to D4 +/-1.  Take your irons to your pro and have him/her set up a Warranty inspection to see if the heads can be weighted any heavier.
