Driver 913 D2 shaft length

    I own a Driver 913 D2, 12, with a standard A flex Bassara shaft (45"). I am a 23 hcp, 56, and i would like to have 0.75" of the shaft cut. Can I without altering the shaft and loosing too much flexibility (I know that I can loose 4-5 points in SW)? Thank you.

    Hi Vincent,

    Thanks for the question.

    As you know, if you cut the shaft 3/4", you will lose some weight. However, if you cut it that much, the shaft will effectively play stiffer than before. Just something to keep in mind.

    Thank you Bubba. But will the shaft remain A flex or will it become a Regular flex-like?
