    Hi. I just want to know how to track my order online so that I know roughly when it will arrive. I have the order reference number but I don't know where to type that in to track it.

    My SM5's got to Alabama exactly 7 days from when I ordered them.  That is pretty typical.  I too would love a way to track custom club orders though.

    I am curious about this as well. I was unaware that you could track the status of the order.

    I have ordered an entire new bag from wedges to Driver so it might take longer. I have waited a week already but I do think it should be made easier to track.

    Your pro shop has the ability to get the tracking number for you when the order ships.  Give them a call and they should be able to help you.
