The toe balance as you call it is actually "toe flow" and has to do with your stroke type. If your stroke is fairly straight or you have a slight path arc, then a putter with less toe flow is what you should consider. If you have a very definite arc then you should consider more toe flow. It's a great source of info on types of putters & strokes. You might also try to find it under "media" on the Scotty Cameron website.
