  1. I have a 910 Driver that has special significance to me (my father gave it to me ) and I was wondering what the Ventus Black Stiff 66 gm shaft (obviously an upcharge) would cost me to switch out on my club which has a Stiff Mitsubishi shaft but still flights it a bit high.

Ordering a Ventus Black has an approximate $300 uncharge over the basic shaft cost. You might want to work with a fitter before purchasing the shaft, just to make sure it's the correct shaft for you. Once you're sure, any retailer with a Titleist account can order it for you (grip & tip installed).

You can visit any Titleist authorized dealer to quote you a price for a shaft with a SureFit adapter. They are compatible with all drivers starting with the 910 series. You might also find one on-line from an reputable after-market provider that already has a SureFit adapter.

Just find. the right shaft.. Go to their website and they should list their dealer.. They should have the adapter and an option and setting desired before shipping
  5. Have an Authorized Dealer order from the Titleist shaft library - they can order up to 5 at a time for a one week demo free of charge. Test them with a fitter on trackman and see which one works best for you. Is you Mitsubishi shaft red, blue or white? all 3 have different weight and flight characteristcs (red being the highest and lightest) the smoke rdx black is a really solid shaft for flight control and about 1/3 the price of a Ventus.

The Ventus Black will be close to $400. Another option for a 910 is to buy a used 910/913/915 with a preferred shaft and swap it onto your head. Aside from the technology and forgiveness of recent models, the 910 face may wear out/crack in the not too distant future. The 913’s run about $100. You could even resell the new head with the old shaft for not much less than you bought it for.
