New T300 Irons and SM9 Wedges

    I was recently fitted for new irons and wedges. I got the T300 irons and Jet Black SM9 wedges in a 52 12/F and 56 10/S. I was fitted at my local GolfTec due to there being no Titleist fitting reps in my area. He told me it would be 3-4 weeks before they arrived. I didn't get any kind of order # or anything. I was wondering if there was a way to find out the status of my clubs without the order #. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Only by going through your GOLFTEC rep that ordered them. The only direct status from Titleist are those things you order direct from the Titleist website. The 4 week quote should be pretty accurate. After that date if you have not seen anything, reach back out through GOLFTEC. Hope you enjoy them and have many great rounds ahead.

    I ordered from the Titleist website (Canada) I have a 2 week lead time for T200 irons.

    Just curious if anyone's ordered anything off the website and had issues? I find that I'm having problems using google chrome making payments. I'm wondering if I'm just an outlier...... Would really like my irons before Christmas if possible.

    Suggest you contact Titleist Customer Service. All the links are listed at the bottom of this page. I have never had a problem ordering direct from the Titleist website or the Foot Joy website. Their responsiveness and clear communication is the best I have ever encountered.
