I use one 3 miles from my house. Good guy, gives good feedback and I have no complaints with the solutions recommended.
I do check ahead of scheduling to make sure heads and likely shafts are available. As a senior LH golfer I’m not always in the standard product mix. The local rep works with him to have options available for me.
The Titleist sponsored fittings both offer the best shaft options short of TPI and Manchester Lane. The fitting fee is waived with a purchase. I only get a discount on the fee. Also a small discount on whole clubs.

You need to trust your fitter and best if he only does lessons and fittings. Also managing the pro shop/course just limits that person to having enough experience to be fully familiar with the current offerings.
