In September, I attended a Titleist fitting at my Club. I had ordered clubs, but cancelled due to not getting any data from the fitting. I've reached out to the fitter multiple times.

Any suggestions on how to get the results of the fitting?

    Thanks,

    Steve

Was it a Titleist sponsored fitter? Did that person get an email address for you? Your TT account? I can see my fittings by a sponsored fitter in my profile. Not so by my local regional fitter.

Can your club pro help you?

Don, it was a Titleist fitting day at my Club and the fitter was from Titleist. The fitting results are there as far as the clubs and specs, but nothing relating to the fitting, such as differences in ball speed, distance, club head speed, etc.

I'm currently using TSR woods, so they're only 2 years old. I see people posting their gains and results of their fittings. I'm just looking for similar information.

I've emailed the fitter several times and told my pro (who's probably not happy that I didn't take delivery of the clubs)

Sorry you didn’t get more detail at the fitting. Maybe it is me, but at my fittings, either with a Titleist fitter or my local Premier fitter, I might be asking for feedback, but we go through what the fitter saw and what led to the conclusion. We’ve always worked off the baseline of the incumbent club to compare to. Last spring we regapped the upper end of the bag. Distance, spin, and launch and descent were key discussion points to buy or not buy new clubs to improve the gapping.
You are correct, I don’t think I’ve seen any detail after the fitting with the specs delivered to me. I don’t remember the Trackman integrated with the order form, so unlikely the fitter doesn’t have it saved.

If for some reason the fitter didn't save the data, just tell me. It's not the end of the world. worst case, he would have me go to a different fitting day and all would be fine.

We are all just end users here. Titleist doesn’t use this forum to address issues. You may have a legitimate reason for a do-over, but your best shot is to negotiate this through your club pro.

Correct, TrackMan does not have a way of retaining that info. When each fitting is complete, the fitter simply fills in the club selection details and emails that to the client. You would have to use your camera phone and take a picture of the TrackMan at the time of the fitting because it is reset each time a new person steps up for a fitting. That's why you see those pictures of hand-written gains on a form that is being held in their hand. Once it is over, it is over. I personally did not need to keep track after the fitting was done. I was good to move forward and get to work adjusting the the new sticks on the course, which is always a bit of a challenge for me after switching out any clubs.

If you're a regular with a good fitter they often track data, it's easy to link Trackman Data to a laptop spreadsheet, my guy usually reminds me every year that I'm getting a little faster/slower. Just the facts around my house. We have a few new TT guys in Central Florida, lucky I have a guy that did Titleist Thursdays for years.
  9. If you have a Trackman account you can get every single shot you take on a Trackman Simulator as long as you sign into your email account. I had a fitting last July and the fitter emailed me all the data from all the shots I took. There were no hand written notes. I played on a Simulator all winter long and all my shots appeared for each round on the Trackman app/account and range sessions too

When being fit this summer for a GT fairway with a new Titleist rep, I asked him to email the Trackman report for the shafts, heads and settings we had tried. I had received a report from my previous fitter and the new guy wasn’t sure if he could do it but in a few minutes had it sent to my phone.

  11. If it was done on Trackman, if you signed up for a Trackman account and use the Trackman app, you will be able to get all of your data if the fitter sent them to your account at the end of your fitting. I got fitted last July for a Driver and all my data was emailed to me. That would however depend on the fitter emailing your data to your email
