Hi TT- will playing a scuffed ball (not too bad) will affect my ball flight a lot more worse than a cleaner one? Thanks!

    Hi Andy,

Last Sunday I played 16 holes with a new PROV1x that had 4 very fine slices on the cover. The slices were caused by a full-swing Vokey wedge shot.

During those holes I noticed no difference in ball flight or ball performance.

I'm sure there's a very very VERY slight difference, but I have played with scuffed and sheered balls for an entire round and played just fine.

I don't notice much of a difference maybe loose a little bit of bite on the greens but in my opinion it's nominal.

IF it's LIGHTLY scuffed up, then not really, although a brand new Pro V1 is best. When mine get "cut up" after using my Vokey's, or for any other reason, I'll swap it out on the next hole.
