I recently recieved a sample sleeves of both the NXT Tour and NXT Tour S balls, as well and I too would like to thank team Titleist. Prior to recieving these balls in the mail I was playing th pro v-1 x-outs for about the same price as the NXT Tours. These balls especially the S are exceptionally soft off the club face especially the putter. You can truely tell which ball is the nxt tour s and which is the nxt tour both are exceptional balls but the S feels so sweet off of the putter, not much different than the pro v 1. What truely impressed me was that while I had been playing the pro v-1s I have been playing with drawing and fading the ball, although it is slightly harder to get the spin I want with these NXT Tours, they do go much straighter off the club face especially the driver if I'm having a particularly bad day. When I took out these demo balls it was like I couldnt miss a fairway, I think on the front 9 I went 7 for 9 on the fairways the other 2 being par 3s. I know I had a couple of miss hits that had I been playing the Pro v1s they would have landed in the rough but with these new balls it was like there was a magnet in them. As I said before I couldnt get quite as much spin on these in terms of side spin, so I wont be pulling any "Bubba Watson" shots any time soon, however during approach shots and par threes these balls just seemed to stop instanty, so there really isnt a problem, unless you like fading and drawing the ball. In short these balls are long and straight off the tee, stop instantly on the green, and feel like butter with the irons and putter (AP2s and a Scotty Cameron), the NXT Tour S is an exceptional ball. I kinda wish that the NXT Tour S had high numbers like the Pro V1s but now I might just be getting greedy. PS- The high optic yellow feels exactly the same as its white counterpart, so dont be concerned about it feeling differently because of the dye.

I just received two sleeves of NXT Tour and NXT Tour S and I cannot believe how far I could hit those balls, specially the NXT Tour, I am 67 years old and my handicap is 12 and on the Par 5 at Eagle Marsh in Jensen Beach, Fl a very tight course, I reached the 15 hole Par 5 (446 yards) in two and putted for Eagle, I missed the Eagle but I Birdied the hole and shot 78 with even par on the front 9, I am so happy with the NXT Tour that I ordered two dozen brand new balls and that is the ball I will be using for long time, my handicap probably will go down to 10 because the day before I short 80 at the same course.Not too bad for this viejito (old man).
