Thanks for sending us your email. The small letters you see are simply markings from the molds used to form the covers, and are used by our manufacturing facilities for identification of the molds. They do not affect performance in any way.  Regarding the dust particles, we are very sorry for the inconvenience, and appreciate you taking the time to inform us about your situation involving our product.  It is comments such as yours that help us to maintain the quality and best-in-class standards we set for ourselves.

If you live in the United States and feel your golf ball(s) are defective, we ask that you please return the golf ball(s), along with a note describing the problem (including where you purchased), and your return address to:

Upon receiving the golf ball(s), we will inspect and replace accordingly, should a manufacturer's defect be deemed present.
