Is it tue that because Titleist Pro V is a 2-seam ball that u need to align the word proV w/ your target on your drives in order to hit the ball on the seam?
Is there anything to this or is it nonsense?

Jonathan:
Due to the Staggered Wave Parting Line on all current Titleist golf balls, there is no seam. The staggered wave parting line goes around the dimples - not in a straight pattern so there is no area where a line can eve be seen. Rest assured you do not need to line up your Pro V1 in particular direction.

I've found putting the ball on the tee so that the Titleist Text is looking right up at me helps me to keep my head down. Guess my very busy brain needs something to read to keep it focused!

I don't think it makes any difference how you align the ball, any brand of ball for that matter.

If you use the Pro V1 with the arrows used to align a putt you can see that there is a seam
on the the ball, so have that facing you and you should be all set!
