I have always been a high launch, high spin player so when Titleist release the AVX it seemed like a perfect fit for me. I put the ball in play for the first time in August and played my first 13 holes in 3 over which is pretty good for me. I hit my tee short to the uphill par 3 14th and immediately turned away and announced I mishit it. But when we got up to the green it was neither short, nor long, it was in the hole! Fairway, green and 1 putt birdie on 15. Who follows up an ace with a birdie? I make a great save for par on 16, roll one in from off the green on 17 for another birdie and then go on an miss my birdie putt by an inch on 18. Tap in for my career best 1 under 70 in my first round with this ball.

That makes three aces in 13 months with three different Titleist balls on three different Par 3s at my home club. Any chance you are releasing a new premium ball some time soon? I have one Par 3 left to go!
