    The website doesn't seem to be able to accept orders for custom imprinted balls right now.  Will this feature be available again soon?

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for the question. In the past, we did have a tool that would allow you to preview a custom design and then print out an order form to bring to an authorized Titleist golf shop. We are in the process of enhancing this tool but in the meantime you can visit an authorized Titleist golf shop to help you with your order. 

    They will be able to provide details of our custom golf ball offerings, pricing information and will ultimately be able to place an order through us on your behalf. Here is a link to our golf shop locator to help you find the shop located nearest to you.

    So one cannot order direct from you?  I thought in the past you could, or was it just that you could preview the order and see the colors etc?

    Hi Mark,

    That's correct. All orders must be placed through an authorized Titleist golf shop. In the past, the application on the site only provided a preview. Thanks again.
