    Hi all,

Does anyone of you know how much 716 AP1's lie and loft can be bent simultaneously? Since they're cast irons, is their any risk bending these clubs -1° loft and -2° lie angle?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Cheers,

    F.

No one wanted to even touch my 714 AP1's when i wanted them bent up two degrees. You may have to send back to bigT or even sell and buy new with correct specs.

The problem with cast clubs, at least in the past, is typically when you would try and adjust them they would snap at the hosel. With that being said, I believe there are techniques (heat the hosel) where the clubs can be adjusted a small amount. My recommendation would be to contact Titleist and see if Titleist might be able to adjust them for you. Yes it would suck because you would have to ship them in and you would be with out clubs for a while. The other option is to try and find a really good golf shop that might be able to adjust them. Just be aware you run the risk of damaging or breaking them.

Best bet ... send them back to Titleist for adjustment. Or just buy forged! LOL
I adjust mine all the time, quick and easy.

I bought a set of AP1's this year...and had Titleist adjust them for me. It can be done...but as other's have recommended...I would have them do it for you.

Once again another call for a forged option in an AP1 or VG3 in North America.
