New Irons rumor

    Rumor is that Titleist will be releasing two new iron options in march. Apparently stronger lofted options than what is currently available. We should hopefully see more at the PGA show.

    What do yall think they will be? My guess is some foam filled hollow bodys.

    T400? I read an article in a golf forum in June that a T400 Is planned.
    Or a forged iron between the T200 and T300 would be fine.

    One of the blogs like GolfWRX mentioned that the T irons ran 100 through 400. The U irons aren't a full set like the T-MBs. Maybe they are extending the consumer irons like the TS drivers when they added the TS4 and TS1. Hopefully we'll hear more at the PGA Merchandise show 1/21 to 1/24.

    I have been told it will be a “Super Game Improvement” club above and beyond T300. Call it T400 if you will.

    Big market right there! I hope they do it for the vast who comes to start and play the game.

    T100-s stronger lofted T100 by 2 degrees. Focused on the players distance category with more emphasis on the player! Moved CG to account for the lower loft looking very similar to the T100.

    So I now know 100% what the 2 sets are. I got to hit both today.

    T100-S are T100 irons but 2 degree stronger lofts and redesigned soles to work with the stronger lofts.

    T400 are super game improvement irons with massive club heads.

    T-100-S Bounce. I know the T100-S are lofted 2 degrees stronger, so my question is... will this effect the bounce of the irons? Last fall I ordered a set of the png Blueprints in Power Spec loft and the bounce was almost non existent. Will the new t100-s have the same bounce as the regular t100 irons

    Yes the sole and bounce has been designed to work with the reduced lofts. They didn’t just simply take the T100 and strengthen the lofts.
