I might be missing a small player, but almost all if not all the large OEM vendors golf club heads are from Asia, mostly China and Japan and places like Taiwan, Vietnam, or South Korea. Clubs sold through US dealers for Titleist are all assembled in Carlsbad, CA and go through numerous quality checks as part of the assembly.

One exception is Cameron putters, At least the mallet heads are milled in the US, although I can't say the blocks are cast in the US.

Thank you for all that information. I know this is not a normal serial number. Why is it different? I have researched this and everything I find says its Tour Issue. Does anyone know if this is the case?
