  1. Hey team,

I’ve been playing the ts3 driver since may last year and I love it but I’ve just had to send it back for warranty due to a dented face and crown. This is the second one I’ve sent back for warranty for the same reason. Is anyone else having these problems or am I just unlucky?

Playing with no driver for probably the next month and a bit sucks but I appreciate Titleist for they’re great warranty service.

Have you received feedback from Titleist about root cause? Is it happening in the same place? I am no golf club development engineer but from a laymen's perspective, seems like most of these failures occur due to excessive off-center hits. I know even the pros miss the center from time to time but the closer a person hits towards the outer edges, the more likely these thin, welded faces will be affected. I have never had a problem with my TS3 but I hit it so soft the ball barely knows its being spanked. Hopefully you find an answer that works for your future long term use of Titleist drivers.

You're supposed to hit the center of the face.

I recently cracked the face in my ts3 driver. I sent it in on warranty and they sent me a new tsi3 in a little under 3 weeks

Sucks to not have a club, see if one of your buddies has a back up you could borrow! I have seen a lot of newer drives cracking/denting. All the brands. It happens, these drivers are bing pushed to the limit to get the best performance possible. Don't worry too much, titleist is the best in the world and they'll make it right!
