I bought TSi2 driver and a 3 and 4 wood for my son on 9/12/21 to go with his T200 irons. He started his college golf career last week. The shaft on the driver snapped Friday (9/2/22), and the 3 wood club face split today (9/4/22) off the fairway. With his first tournaments starting next week, he found a driver shaft and had it replaced yesterday. The split 3 wood club face is another matter. And, all the stores that still have the club want to sell us a new club. he doesn't have time to try new clubs.... we either get a new club or head.
I understand he is supposed to send the complete club into Titleist for repair or replacement. That's obviously not feasible given his practice and play schedule.
I'm really disappointed in theses $2 clubs (for $900). I trusted these would last a while, though he has hit quite a few balls this year. n\nevertheless he's careful with his clubs. How can we avail of the warranty in a practical way?
