    What's the worst golf club in people's golf bags

    You hear everyone saying they like a driver or putter but how many people ever say I carry this club but I hate it

    Personally I can hit every club I carry very well hence my handicap

    My 48 gap wedge. I refer to it as the "shank wedge".

    I would say not one club but a group. I struggle with consistency with my irons. Been working on it. Hopefully things improve soon.

    The problem is not when the club is in the bag, but when I remove it from the bag to hit it :-)

    My fairway 4W is a Dicken’s Tale. Never has an average shot. Either a heroic stroke or a reminder of my first year playing golf. It gets reserved for only the best conditions and always room on the left.

    Worst in my bag is currently the 60* wedge but that changes every round :)

    Used to have problems with my long irons (3,4 and 5). But taking lessons took care of that.

    You should have any club you hate in your bag. If you do then it needs to find its way out of your bag.

    I currently don’t have a club in my bag I don’t like. It was my 4 iron until I replaced it with a hybrid

    If there was a "worst" club in the bag it wouldn't be in the bag. They're all there for a reason.

    There are no "worst clubs".
    It's that thing between your ears that makes it good or bad.

    If I have a club in my bag that is not performing I let it know there is a replacement in the trunk of my car. It that doesn’t work, I trade it for something else.

    Driver, 1,000,000% of the time. I've never been a strong driver of the golf ball. It does help that I can hit a 3-wood 270, so that takes some pressure off, nonetheless, Driver has prevented me from being REALLY good!

    My worst club is my 60* Vokey, Only carry it on courses with super fluffy sand. Otherwise my 56* covers everything and better.

    Say you had 14 kids. Would it be fair of me to ask you which was the worst kid in your family? Some questions should just be left unanswered, or better yet, unasked.

    3 wood. When I hit it properly, I hit it far. It's baggage because I can nail my 7 wood every time.

    If I whittle my bag to essentials, it is driver-7W-5H, 6-P, 56-12D, 64W and putter. If I want a reasonable "Sunday" bag pull the 6 iron. I hit a 6 iron well now (90% of the issue was lie angle). I do have a 150 yard shot with the 27H if needed and a 170 shot with the 7 wood.
