I’ve got the GT2 woods/hybrid, and I'm really impressed. I recently adjusted my setup with my woods (GT2 16.5 & 21) and hybrid (GT2 24) to give me more options from 165-220 yards. Yesterday was a solid test—playing 6,200 yards, I had several shots in that range, and I have to say, both they performed great. Hit a long par 3 and nailed some long approach shots.

Yeah, I get it… this is #TeamTitleist forum, but if you haven’t given the new GT Hybrids/Woods a try (or are on the fence), you really should. Book a fitting and see for yourself!

Should add, I am over 50 yrs old and not interested in "killing it" more concentrated on finding fairways and greens, no long drive contests for me, lol.

    Well done Titleist

  2. I had my fairway wood fitting in the
December. A GT2 16.5 was added to my bag. What can I say? I love this wood! The sound is simply unique and the wood always goes straight! I was fitted with a Denali 6.0 60gr. Simply amazing !!!

    I also put a GT2 16,5 in my bag.
I choose a Graphite Design Ad Di 6 SR shaft and I am very satisfied with this change.
I adjust the length to 42,5 inch with a D3 swing weight. More control and very good feel.
It is time for me to adjust with more flexible shaft. Easier to hit and having more height.
  4. I have a similar setup, but also have the 21º hybrid as well. The 7w and 4h overlap a bit but I do use them differently in a round. When I first hit the GT2 FWs it did not go that well, but I gave them another shot and have really liked them. The FWs and hybrids are similar to the GT2 driver, in that they are great with off center hits.

I played with the hybrid weights and liked the heavy weight in the toe, but need more time to play around with that setup. My miss is towards the toe in general.
  5. I’m a big fan of the new hybrids, playing the GT3 19 degree. By far best and most forgiving hybrid I’ve ever hit. It offers a lot of flexibility in my game with the ability to hit it high or play it a little lower and get a little run off the tee. Currently have it in the bag along with the GT3 4w and GT2 7w which I’ll eventually need to change and maybe add a 2nd hybrid and go with no woods if I can get the gapping correct.
