    Good morning gents,

I just recently received my new cart 14 bag and I had a few questions.

I’m having difficulty removing the front golf ball pocket. I can see where the zippers over lap but can’t one past another and don’t want to accidentally break the zipper on my brand new bag. Any tips or visual links showing the best way to do it would be greatly appreciated.

Is there anyway to attach or retro fit the 14 cart back to except double carry straps like a stand bag. I’m sure you’re all thinking, “why didn’t you just purchase a 14 hybrid bag”. I like the extra storage of the cart bag, I was able to find the gray “stars and stripes” bag which looks amazing! When playing, I always use a cart but if I’m just going to the range and don’t have a cart, it’s a pretty good hike to the practice areas. Anyway, does anyone know how I could make a double strap work on my bag and where could I purchase one since they aren’t on the Titleist website?

    Thanks, Kevin M Georgia

I would recommend that you contact Titleist customer service regarding these two issues. I have used the Cart 14 bags for years and love them. Never even thought about using them as a carry bag. They seem a big heavy. I have three bags; lightweight carry bag, Cart 14, Midsize tour. Carry bags, I believe, would be, by design, lighter.

Have not even considered taking the zipper panel off the front. Maybe customer service can assist you. If you do damage it, it would not be covered under the one year warranty.

Contact customer service at 800-333-4200. They are available Monday-Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST.

I think that you'll have to use the provided strap or do what I did and purchase an inexpensive carry bag for the range.
