Started off as a windy day with lots of frustration in finding the fairways and greens. On the second nine my luck started to turn and on the 17th hole I recorded my first ace. On the scorecard the shot was 135 yards with wind about 10 mph in my face and slightly from the left moving to the right. I was unsure between a 9 iron and 8 iron as the tee box was elevated over the green. Went with the 8 due to the wind and pin position towards the back of the green. I knew the shot was good and landed it 4’ in front of the green and watched it roll into the cup. Luckily I had a member on the 18th tee box as a witness. Thank you Pro V1 for finding the hole!
