My first ever hole in one, and it came on my last round for the year at River Strand Golf and Country Club in Bradenton, FL, as I am heading back north to my Michigan home after 3 months down here in Florida. What timing, as it was the last par 3 hole for my round.

136 yard, 7th hole, 6 iron, Sanctuary course, with a slight helping wind, played my typical fade and landed on the left front of the green took one bounce and rolled forward and to the right and dropped into the hole. Wasn’t sure if it had even gone in the hole until we got up to the green and looked in the hole, as the pin was in a little low area and we did not see the ball fall into the hole from the tee box.
