It had been an hit and miss type day, playing in a competitive round at Kwinana Golf Club. It was shotgun start and my group and I started on hole 6. Nearing the end of the day we came the 3rd hole, a 142m par 3. I hit a 3/4 8iron right at the flag. It bounced 1m short, rolled hit the flag and dropped! My 2 playing partners and I started celebrating and 4th tee was occupied with a 4 ball who were also cheering and clapping. 5 of the other 6 players had never witnessed a hole-in-1 before. Great memory and a great day!!!
