A windy Tuesday May 9th @ Wildfire Golf Club - Faldo course the 17th hole plays 161y from the blue tees (1 up) and the pin in the back left of the green into the wind.

After birding #16 I take my 8 iron and hit a low punch shot keeping the ball under the wind. The ball lands in the middle of the upslope bouncing towards the hole rolls and rolls closer till the ball disappears. Initially my thought was the ball rolled off the back of the green since the pin was 2 to 3 paces from the back drop off.

The beverage cart girl came around the corner seconds after the ball disappeared, we stopped her at the green and we shouted to check behind the hole for the ball she said there was no ball she could see, we drove up to the green walked to the hole and wouldn't u believe there was a Titleist 3 in the hole and I shout to everyone "DRINKS ON ME"
