I was in Los Cabos for my dads wedding and got the opportunity to play Qivira, one of my bucket list courses, for the first time. The course was playing as difficult as I was imagining it would be and I was hacking out quite the round but having the best time doing it. As we approached the tee box at number 12 after the testing par 5 prior I remember thinking how surreal the course looked. I teed off first and hit my fairway finder with my driver due to the substantial head wind on the short par 4. I hit the shot and just kinda walked off the tee box not even watching it land because it was I blind green. After everyone else hit we drove up to the green and I was furious, I couldn't find my ball anywhere and was about ready to just go back to the cart or take a drop as I thought it might've gone over the cliff on the back. My uncle says "Kaleb I don't say this lightly but check the hole" So naturally I start mocking him all the way to the hole no believing there is any chance it will be there but sure enough my ball is sitting in the bottom of the cup.
