I am writing this on behalf of my grandfather, Bob Repka, who turned 90 years old on April 25th, 2023. He carded the second ace of his life at Suncoast Golf Center in Sarasota, Florida while on vacation with his family from Buffalo, New York. On the 8th hole, from about 85 yards, Bob hit 9 iron. The ball started at the left side of the green, cut back towards the hole, pitched a few yards short, and rolled into the cup on the left side. The threesome was made up of Bob and his two grandsons. Serving in the Korean War, his hole in one was all the more special having been made on Memorial Day.
