Played a new course, woodlands in Bristol. 15th hole 177 Yards, downhill shot with wind behind. 8 iron flushed. I thought it went through the green but my mate said " i think that's gone in mate", I said, no it's long i think. He was sure it went in.. I walked towards the back of the green and my freind shouted " don't bother, it's in the hole mate" pulled the flag out and ball come out the hole. Ecstatic to get my first hole in one. First round with my new irons as well. Shot 80 gross on par 70 and I am 15 handicap.. need to play again tomorrow....
