On Saturday, May 27th, 2023 (Memorial Day Weekend), I finally got my first hole in one after golfing for over 20 years. I was playing my home course, Hidden Lakes, in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. My significant other and I were playing with two new members. On hole #2, I hit a crisp 9 iron, 105 yards and it went in the hole!!!! The funny thing was I left the house a little scattered that morning and forgot my golf shoes so I was wearing sneakers and also forgot my wallet...my significant other had to buy the drinks afterwards!!!! As a side note, I only play Titleist golf balls and was using a Velocity!
