Hole 9 at riverside golf course in Indianapolis Indiana is a par 3, 150 yard dog leg to the right with a thick tree line to the right all along the very narrow fairway, and on the other side of that tree line is a pond. The putting green is surrounded by bunkers and mounds, and the green itself is probably the largest and waviest on the course. Being basically in-between highway 65 and the white river, there is a constant opposing headwind on that hole all hours of the day. I swung a 5 iron from the black markers, compensating for the wind, made prefect contact, and just watched the ball land 10 feet away from the hole and catch the slope in the exact perfect way, allowing the ball to slowly roll down and into the hole. Even though I watched the ball dissappear, I couldn't fully believe it happened until I picked the ball up out of the cup! My first hole in one
