Played in Naval Base San Diego Performance Center. On the 12th hole, I teed up and used my Sand Wedge. I know it may be too much loft for that distance but I took a very calm and non-aggressive swing. So the contact on the ball felt perfect. In my head, I knew that I made good contact. Looking up to the flight pattern, I said to myself "that's the one". Ball dropped a few feet away from the hole and I was in shock, I thought that was the end but I noticed, the ball kept rolling closer and closer to the hole, in my head I was like "what on Earth" and the thing happened... It. Went. In. Never in my life have I expected to shoot a hole in one. Guess this was a lucky day. Thank you, Titleist. I usually retire the balls I used whenever I get a birdie. This hole in one ball is definitely going to be an heirloom!!!
