I never thought I'd have a second hole in one. My first was about 10 years ago and a bit different because when I hit the shot- I yelled out 'BE RIGHT BE RIGHT' the ball never hit the green and landed directly in the hole. On June 10th 2023 I was playing at LBI National in Little Egg Harbor Township NJ down the shore in NJ on a 'Boys Golf Weekend'. The pin placement was 143 yards and I chose an 8 Iron because of some potential troubles short of the green. I figured long was a safer shot. I commented that I really didn't strike the ball very well but I did get on the green. The ball left our field of vision but one my playing partners assured me it was a bit of a swale on the green. My 3 partners each hit their shots and all were on the green. When we approached the green- all 3 of those shots could be seen. Each was about 25 feet from the pin- directly behind the hole, left of the hole, and the third short of the hole. We were all looking becuase there was NO WAY I wasn't on the green. One of my partners said out loud "Should we look?" Biggest smile in the world. Never a doubt why I still love this game. I shot a Titleist Pro-V 1 #44 and my first hole in one was a Titleist Pro-V 1 #2 Scott West
