I've been golfing at one level or another for 27 years, seriously so for the last 15. But on May 7, 2023 I finally got my first hole-in-one! It was at Myrtle Beach National, on their Southcreek course. It was on the 17th hole (my 8th as they started us on the 10th) and it was an uphill par 3, back-left pin location obscured by an upslope and a front-left bunker. I used a 6 iron, and felt I made good contact but honestly thought I had either overshot the green, or caught the back and rolled off. Ironically I was chatting with one of the folks I was paired with about whether he had ever had a hole in one, and once we got there I was dumbfounded as I could find nothing behind the green. Eventually I looked up and in the hole, and there it was! A bit anticlimactic, but the results cannot be taken away. And I owe it to my T200s for getting the job done. Thanks!!
