Got my first hole in one on May 21st, 2023. I was playing in a foursome that day with some friends of mine at Quail Hollow Golf course in Boise, Idaho. I was having a pretty good round. I had just sunk a 35 foot birdie putt on the par 5 16th hole and stepped up to the 113 yard par 3 17th with a gap wedge in my hand. I took about a 3/4 swing and thought it was going to be a little bit short at first. But it hit the right edge of the green and started to roll left towards the cup. As it tricked closer I told it to go in, and it did!
