On May 18th, I had a one of my last regular season golf matches. Leading into the match i wasn’t striking the ball the best and had minimal confidence over the ball. Round started out alright. I took a park on 10, we played the back nine obviously. I took par, I then stuck my tee shot to about 8 feet on 11 which is a par three playing around 150 yards. I then proceeded to 3 putt and take a 4. Hole 12 was interesting and in my opinion my worst golf hole of the year which is what makes this story so ironic. I topped my tee shot and it hit a piece of wood and bounced back towards me. I then put my next shot on the left side of the fairway, then hitting a tree putting me in the middle of the fairway i then hit my 4 *** into a green side bunker and then chunked my bunker shot then leading to me eventually getting up in down. Next hole is a 105 yard par 3 over a ravine I hit a great shot just pin high about 10 feet I two putt par. Then hole 14, a fairly straight par 4 playing around 320 yards. I walked up with driver in my hands knowing I’m on a fresh three hole stretch and I can get some strokes back just had to forgot about the past. I relaxed hit my tee shot and didn’t think it was the best at first. One of the kids I was playing with from another school was watching my all through his range finder, I then said “I didn’t hit it the best but it is gonna be pretty good” cam the other kid j was playing with then said “it’s perfect” then we watched it disappear. I then watched my dad start jumping up and down screaming. My grandma’s and my mom were by the tee box and I said I think I just made it and they started going crazy and drove up there. As we were walking up I was almost sick to my stomach because if I could have just made a bogey on 12 I would have been a pretty low score for the nine. But it was most definitely the best experience in golf I have ever had. I will say I also did us a ProV1 and of course I have the TSI3 that hit it with!
