Hole 11 is a signature hole. From an elevated tee, the green has 2 tiers and is surrounded by bunkers. The pin was at the front and on the bottom tier. Took a nine as the wind was into, the ball was tracking all the way with a buttery fade. Landed probably 6 ft past and 3 ft left and me and my 3 playing partners watched it spin back into the hole and then proceeded to scream like teenagers. When back at the clubhouse (expensive) we learned that the screams could be heard across the course. Tough to continue after that but went on to par the tough par 5 next and bogey SI 2 after that, only then did I realise I had forgotten to retire the precious Pro V1x that I had used for the hole-in-one.
