It was a hot day in The Villages, FL on March 25, 2023 when the most amazing thing happened. I'm a high handicapper (+30) and never expected a hole-in-one. I forgot my golf shoes, but was wearing good walking sandals. I was trying out a Titleist Velocity ball. The tee box was elevated and the green was tiered with the pin on the lower tee. We saw the ball hit the front of the green and roll into the hole. It seemed like slow motion. Oh what a feeling! Two months later my Cobra 8 Iron (my "Ace Iron) snapped in mid-swing. How "Iron-ic"!
