#17 Par 3 175 yards at Hilliard Lakes Golf Course in Westlake, Ohio. A little hurting wind so I switched to my 3 hybrid rather than the 4. A three hole “carryover” with my opponent so a lot of money was on the line….$3.00! Swung easy and saw the ball go straight towards the green. The ball landed just in front of the green, took a bounce and we saw it roll towards the cup. We watched and watched and then all of a sudden we couldn’t see the ball any longer. Of course, being back on the tee, we weren’t sure if it went in, rolled of the back, etc. While my opponent hit, I started to walk up towards the green, expecting to see my ball on the green or in the rough but I didn’t see it. Finally looked in the hole and my ProV1 was in the hole! First ever for me after 60 years of trying!
