5th career ace and first at my new club. This ace was during our group of 25+ guys 4th of July team event. I hit a PW on the 3rd hole playing at 120yds with a little breeze from the right. I played for a slight draw and my Titleist prov1 hit about 3 ft right of the hole and spun left into the hole. It’s a flat hole so we could easily see the ace and I shouted as loud as I could so the other teams would get the idea of what happened, all in good fun. The ace helped my team win the event. Sadly my first 4 aces are at courses that are no longer in existence. So I hope that’s not a bad sign for this course, but they’re doing well since there are less courses in the area. Our group has a hole in one club so everyone owes the person $10. That $ plus our winning $ more than paid my beer tab. I’m writing this a few weeks after the event as I want to thank TITLEIST for the great hole in one bag tag, and also for the ball marker I had received a week or so earlier.
